Erasmus+ for staff mobility

With the EU programme Erasmus+ financial funding is also available to help teachers develop their intercultural skills by participating in mobility projects around Europe – through job shadowing, teaching and training activities. Erasmus+ for teaching staff is not only a great opportunity to pick up new ideas and practices from a different education system, but it also gives teachers the chance to build relationships with other European teaching institutions in order to develop common Projects. Taking a break from the German school routine definitely also widens the personal horizon of the participating teachers. Back home they show much more commitment and motivation in the job, which in turn is highly beneficiary for their students and their colleagues.

In February 2017, our school successfully applied for the funding of eight teaching staff mobility projects which have to be carried out before summer 2019. We are very proud that our application was well approved by the EU. Here you can read the German reports of our teachers who already completed their projects.
